Punctuality
CAGUK members
have a commitment to operating their flights on time
despite flying through some of the busiest airspace in the world. Unlike
many scheduled and "no-frills" airlines, they do not make last minute
cancellations to flights for operational reasons on the day. In its report
on charter airline punctuality over summer 2003, the UK airline passenger
"watchdog" the Air Transport Users Council welcomed "continuing improvement
in the punctuality of charter carriers operating from the UK".
